The photo emulsion method of screen printing is perhaps the most exciting method created!
It makes fine line drawings, computer generated images, various hand and commercial lettering and photgraphic half-tone positives.
The photo emulsion method requires:
1) Screen prepared with the photo emulsion / sensitizer mixture
2) Film positive or a printed transparency film
3) Light source that will transfer the opaque images on your positive to the light sensitive printing screen.

Speedball Diazo Photo Emulsion Remover 8oz
When applied to the emulsion-coated screen, it reclaims the screen with minimal cleaning effort.
Remover allows screens to be re-used.
Wash out the old photo emulsion and your screen is ready to start fresh. 8oz 236mls
Speedball Diazo Sensitiser
Must be mixed with Diazo photo emulsion (sensitiser bottle appears empty, but actually contains condensed paste that is to be 3/4 filled with water.)
Sensitizer is used with diazo photo emulsion, and is the ingredient that makes the emulsion light sensitive and ready to develop. 2oz (56grams).
Speedball Drawing Fluid
Apply with a brush, allow fluid to dry, then coat the screen with screen filler.
Use a squeegee to coat the screen.
When dry, the drawing fluid can be washed out, allowing the drawn image to be printed.
To remove use an ammonia based cleaning product.
Speedball Screen Filler
Designed to block out area not intended to be screen printed.
Draw your design with a brush with drawing fluid onto a clean screen and allow to dry.
Squeegee speedball screen filler over the drawing fluid and allow to dry.
Wash screen with cold water, removing drawing fluid and opening areas to allow printing ink through.
When finished, remove filler with warm water and an ammonia based cleaning product.
