Shipping

We offer a low rate of $9.90 across Australia.

Please note to qualify for our low rate shipping, your order must:

• Fit in one (1) parcel

• Be under 1 metre in length

• Weigh under 10 kgs

• Not be addressed to a remote location

• Not contain hazardous goods

If your order doesn’t meet these requirements you will be contacted and may be charged additional freight. We will always ask if you are happy to proceed and cannot take payment without your consent. We will offer 100% money-back to cancel the order if the freight is unacceptable.

Orders will generally be shipped within 5-7 business days and in the event that we cannot supply an item we will contact you and offer a refund for that particular product.
We do not part ship orders. If an order is split into separate parts, each parcel will incur a freight charge.
We do not ship internationally, we only ship within Australia.
We cannot offer pick-up from our warehouse address.
If you require express postage, add a note to your order and we will forward the express charges once your order is ready to go.
Please note that additional postage charges are not decided by Cavalier and, as such, we can only offer prices as offered by the courier services. We always aim to find the lowest possible price for your order.
