Payment Methods

Pay by credit card. For payment by credit card, you will be redirected to Bendigo Bank’s secure server to pay, then back to our site once processed. Visa and Mastercard only.

Paypal. You can now use your Paypal account to pay. You can also pay with your credit card through Paypal if you don’t have a PayPal account.

School Orders and Gift Voucher Redemption. Please select the Order now, Pay Later option in the payment method at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are gladly accepted for 7 days from date of payment. We will exchange an item for one worth the same value (Proof of payment required). Contact us at enquiries@cavalierart.com.au to organise a return, refund or credit. Goods must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged or used goods. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. Cavalier Art Supplies will only refund the product and not the original delivery fee. A return or exchange may incur a new shipping cost. Goods purchased online must be returned via post to 2 Seabright St, North Shore VIC 3214 where our online orders are processed, they cannot be returned in person to our retail shop.

Damaged Goods

If the goods are faulty in anyway, please let us know promptly. We will refund the original product price and freight charges. Alternatively, we will despatch a replacement item at our cost (subject to availability) once we receive the return. Goods found not to be defective will incur processing and shipping cost.
