Used to draw lines of precise thickness with paint or ink.

select the width with the screw adjuster

very carefully using a small round pointed paint brush put paint or ink on the inside of the prongs taking care not to get any on the outside of the prongs.

Use with a ruler that has a beveled edge to prevent bleeding.

Test the line width before putting onto your artwork.

Sometimes you have to play around with paint consistency and width of the prongs to get your line width perfect.

I.e. if too watery it will splodge and too thick it will not flow.

very carefully using a small round pointed paint brush put paint or ink on the inside of the prongs taking care not to get any on the outside of the prongs.

 

Use with a ruler that has a beveled edge to prevent bleeding.

Paint on the outside of the tip prongs will cause it to smudge everywhere.

Patience and trial and error will see you drawing perfect stripes!

 

Note: pen end is 4cm long and handle is 7.5cm long. The pen part does not detach.

It could be put into a clip compass to draw circles.
