To process your order we need information such as your full name, email address, contact number, your billing address, and delivery address. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate information.
All orders must be pre-paid prior to collection unless previously arranged. You can pick up your order at our Geelong store: Cavalier Art Supplies, 1 Wright Place, Geelong 3220, Vic. Please notify us at time of order. Date and time to be advised once the order has been processed.
There are no charges for orders being picked up from our premises in Geelong.
You will be advised of the cost of shipping once your order has been processed by our staff. The cost will be added to your final invoice and send to you via email and a copy included to your order.
Lead-time on shipment will differ depending on delivery area. Please allow two weeks for delivery.
