Shipping Guide

To process your order we need information such as your full name, email address, contact number, your billing address, and delivery address. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate information.

There are no charges for orders being picked up from our premises in North Geelong.

$5.60 under 500g anywhere in Australia.

We use Australia Post.

The following restricitons apply:

- anything flammable or in a spray cannot be posted interstate or overseas

- anything over 1 metre in length cannot be posted and has to go via freight

For all parcels posted via Australia post under 1 metre in length:

Our Cavalier van deliver large items and large orders to the Melbourne Metro area and Geelong region for $5 to $10, usually within 5 days.
Outside these areas and interstate larger items over 1 metre we can quote you a freight charge.

You will be advised of the cost of shipping once your order has been processed by our staff. The cost will be added to your final invoice and send to you via email and a copy included to your order.

Lead-time on shipment will differ depending on delivery area. Once paid, stocked items are usually shipped the same day.

Picking up your order

All orders must be pre-paid prior to collection unless previously arranged. Please notify us at time of order. Call (03) 5240 5555 to arrange pickup. Date and time to be advised once the order has been processed.
