Payment Methods

Payment is via credit card only. Orders will be shipped once payment is processed.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are gladly accepted for 7 days from date of payment. We will exchange an item for one worth the same value (Proof of payment required). Contact us to organise a return, refund or credit. Goods must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged or used goods. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. Cavalier Art Supplies will only refund the product and not the original delivery fee. A return or exchange may incur a new shipping cost.

Damaged Goods

If the goods are faulty in anyway, please let us know promptly. We will refund the original product price and freight charges. Alternatively, we will despatch a replacement item at our cost (subject to availability) once we receive the return. Goods found not to be defective will incur processing and shipping cost.
