Loctite 401:
is a general instant adhesive -designed for the assembly of difficult-to-bond materials which require uniform stress distribution.
Particularly suited for bonding a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics, and elastomers. Loctite 406:
is for difficult materials - designed for bonding plasics and elastomeric materials where very fast fixturing is required.
Both will adhere Rubber to Metal.
